Blystone Valley subdivision is located in Monclova Township,Lucas County off Monclova road, 2.5 mile west of Rt 24 (Anthony Wayne Trail).
Named for the Blystone Ditch, that flows along the western boarder of the subdivision.
The subdivision was developed in the late 90’s, by Miller Diversified. There are currently 10 plats, with plat 10 currently being developed, which will connect to Black Road, opening a South entrance to the subdivision.
